We are conducting votes for our Annual General Meeting on-line via our the web page this year.
To be able to vote you must enter a password which we should have sent you.
If you would like to vote on-line and haven't been given a password or forgotten it then please send an email to:

Once you have logged in you will be asked to support (or not) resolutions tabled for our AGM. Each resolution has an associated set of tick boxes for support/not support or abstain. Please make your selections for all resolutions. Then if you have comments about the Society business, please add these into a free text COMMENTS box. Finally, once you are happy with all your responses, click on SUBMIT to register your votes
Where members do not have access to a computer we will be arranging a postal vote.
Each member can only vote once.
